Forbes & Associates was established in January 1998.

Over the years we have developed and expanded our product offerings to include the following services mainly to small and medium-size entities, both corporate and incorporated entities. Some clients are based outside the jurisdiction of Antigua and Barbuda.  The services we offer include:

• Auditing of financial statements
• Tax advisory, including preparation and filing of annual, or more frequently required returns
• Bookkeeping/Accounting Services—preparation of accounts on behalf clients, as requested
• Payroll services—processing of payroll and associated reports based on data provided by the client
• Compliance audit required to satisfy Anti Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism (AMLCFT) laws and guidelines.
• Business advisory services including the preparation of business plans and valuation
• Insolvency services

Insolvency

We have acted as Court Appointed Joint Liquidators with an International Accounting Firm on a major liquidation assignment since 2013. The assignment is still ongoing.
